You Have a Voice

The Neighborhood Association Council's promise since day one.

Our Mission and Vision

Our Vision

To cultivate a friendly, safe, inclusive and desirable San Bernardino through collaboration with neighborhood associations and community stakeholders — and to promote neighborhood and community pride.

Our Mission

To enhance the quality of life within our community of multifaceted neighborhoods through empowerment, collaboration and shared resources. To advocate for positive changes for San Bernardino and its neighborhoods, by promoting a resilient and civically engaged community.

What a neighborhood association actually does.

Not meetings for the sake of meetings. Work you can see from the sidewalk.

Community clean ups

Crews of neighbors, a dumpster, a Saturday morning. Blight goes out, pride comes back.

Block parties

The cheapest public safety program there is — people who know each other look out for each other.

Neighborhood meetings

Your council member, your district commander, your neighbors. In one room.
